Beacon Capital Partners had a lease vacancy and needed a showcase suite with modern, high-end finishes that could attract professional services companies to take residence at Union Tower West. Full-glass fronts on the meeting room and private offices along the exterior wall allow light to fill the open office and kitchen, creating a light and bright space. Textural elements, subtle patterning, and planting were used throughout the space to create an inviting atmosphere while clean lines and dark accents create a modern aesthetic.
