  • Understanding and ability to execute all project phases from programming through construction administration

  • Understanding and interpretation of local Seattle building codes

  • Proficient in Revit (all work done 100% in Revit)
  • Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Products

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other design and engineering professionals
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to manage other studio projects and designers within the studio


Experience

  • 5+ years minimum of experience in Interior Design or Architecture, preferably commercial design
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (or similar field)
  • NCIDQ certification or architectural license preferred but not required
  • Confident and comfortable speaking with others and presenting ideas
  • Project experience in Revit
