The Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District wanted to upgrade their space to reflect the modernization of the ever-changing, high-end commercial district they oversee. Open ceilings, bright finishes, patterns reminiscent of street crossings, and liberal glazing transformed the formerly dark space to an office fit for the business improvement district.
