Richard founded Kestrel Design Group, in 2012 out of his desire to create a more customer-focused design firm that was centered on the needs and goals of the client. As a licensed architect with over 25 years of experience in the industry, the past 17 years focused on the commercial interiors market, he has a broad range of experience having completed projects for a variety of companies and organizations in the fields of energy, education, technology, biomedical/pharmacology, financial, legal, communications, insurance, and economic policy research, with project sizes from 500 sf to well over 100,000 sf.
