Phase I design of this 20,000 square foot tech company space was complete at the beginning of 2020. The emphasis on company brand, acoustics, collaboration and functionality were the strongest drivers for this project and were integral to creating a potential new headquarters. With a project team spanning across states, digital and virtual communication was essential for ultimate project success. As a tech company that decided to occupy a historic building, major design emphasis was placed on tying the old elements in with new and modern elements, resulting a beautiful juxtaposition that is textural, clean-lined, warm and allows the company branding to stand out as the feature areas with color. Phase II is a smaller portion of the floorplate that will be completed later this year.
